The desk is constantly staffed during normal business hours by friendly, knowledgeable technicians and our field engineers are always standing by to handle Tier 2 escalation. Our state-of-the-art trouble ticketing system helps to ensure that your issue is resolved as efficiently as possible. The ticketing system also allows us to auto-notify selected members of your organization whenever tickets are opened or closed, so you will always have the latest insight into issue resolution history.

The HealthWatch program includes meetings with one of our strategic consultants, who will periodically review your technology health history, and will help you budget and plan for your infrastructure so that your technology dollars are maximized.
